Hi, I’m Alan Cliffe, please excuse the photo, but that’s how you look after being flattened by a 4×4 while you’re crossing the road. I’m well on the road to recovery now, and I’m continuing in my quest to lead the way in the use of Social Media Marketing together with SEO (search engine optimisation.)
I have a long history of sales and marketing within the home improvement/construction industry and I apply this experience into the mix to help business clients in various markets to boost their online profile by utilising existing and emerging technologies along with established and “currently active” search engine strategies to increase traffic, improve conversions and enhance sales.
I’m committed to helping small and medium sized businesses to recognise the value of applying procedures to increase the visibility of their web presence. SEO consulting and bespoke SEO training classes are just a small sample of SEO services that I offer.
I like to use the internet marketing methods that are working today, rather than have you wasting your money on the SEO techniques from “yester-year” which are no longer effective.
I work in the virtual online world to create an effect in the real offline world. I love helping people find what they’re looking for, whether it be through SEO, Social Media or a combination of both, I can help them find your business, and a whole lot more.

Hi Alan,
I noticed a RT from you, thanks for that.
Thought I’d stop by and say hi. Also… hey, you and me, we both got Truck-smacked. It took me a while to recover too. I had to use a wheelchair for long shopping trips now and then and even used one of those motorized carts once or twice.
My recovery came from walking. I started out walking just 2 minutes in one direction, then walked back home. I increased this by 2 minutes every day or so, then by 5 minutes, then eventually I worked my way up to an hour.
Just this year I’ve been able to play racquetball again.
I wish you the best in your recovery. I sure know what it feels like to get Truck-smacked!
Chrisi
Hi Chrisi,
Thankyou for your kind comments and for introducing a new phrase into my vocabulary “Truck-smacked.” I think I have now recovered about as far as I can do, after many months. The surgeons did a great job on what they described as a “Humpty Dumpty” injury.
Hopefully, your comments may help anyone reading this page, who is going through a similar trauma and give them reassurance that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
